Real estate agency footer
Four-column agency footer: wordmark, short description and valuation button, page links, office address and hours, plus a license and fair housing line.
The top of the template as it renders in a browser. Images become placeholders when you import it.
When to use it
A footer for an agency that wants the basics on every page without a second navigation menu. The first column repeats the agency name and a one-sentence description of where you work, with the valuation button for sellers who scrolled to the bottom looking for it. Explore lists the five pages people look for most. Office and Hours carry the address, phone and email as real text, so they can be copied on a phone and read by search engines. The bottom line holds the legal details that many licensing rules expect on agency websites: the brokerage name, a license number and a fair housing statement. Replace the license number placeholder before anything else, then check with your broker or regulator which wording your state or country requires. Keep the address identical to your business listings elsewhere, down to the abbreviations.
What it converts to
Converted with the Native components mode. The component list below is what this template produces — not a generic example.
- Container × 8
- Container (grid) × 1
- HTML widget × 1 — the block’s scoped CSS; keep it, the layout depends on it
- Text Editor × 10
- Button × 1
- Icon List × 1
Things worth knowing
- The five Explore links convert to one Icon List with arrow icons, and each row keeps its link. That needs the “match the Elementor icon library” icon option.
- The column titles are paragraphs, not headings, so the footer does not add five extra headings to every page’s outline; they arrive as Text Editor widgets.
- Address, phone and hours stay as Text Editor widgets with line breaks. The four columns stack into one below 780px.
- For a site-wide footer, save it as a Theme Builder footer (Elementor Pro). Without Pro, paste it at the bottom of each page.
