Real estate agency header
Agency header with a serif wordmark and area line, four links (Buy, Sell, Rent, Our agents) and a Book a valuation button.
Six Elementor-ready pages for a local real estate agency: header, home, listings grid, property detail with viewing form, valuation page and footer.
A real estate agency site serves two very different visitors. Buyers and renters want to see homes: the price, the bedrooms, the photos, the floor plan and a way to book a viewing without phoning around. Sellers want to know whether you understand their street, what the process looks like and how to get a valuation. Both want to see that the listings are current and that a named person will answer them. Everything else on the site is secondary to those two paths.
The six pages in this kit follow those paths. The header keeps a Book a valuation button on every page. The home page opens with a photo and a plain description of what you list, then shows featured homes, the selling process week by week, neighborhood guides, a quote from an agent and a valuation call to action. The listings page is a grid of property cards with area and price filters shown as text, plus a short explanation of how listings are kept accurate. The property page is a full listing: photos, key facts, description, floor plan, nearby amenities, the listing agent and a viewing request form. The contact page carries the valuation request form, office details, what happens next and a short FAQ.
Build in this order: header and footer, then home, listings, property and contact. The header and footer belong in Elementor Theme Builder so they appear on every page, which needs Elementor Pro; without Pro, paste them at the top and bottom of each page or keep your theme’s own header. Both forms also convert to Elementor Pro Forms. If you run a listings plugin or an IDX feed, use the listings and property pages as the design reference for its templates rather than maintaining homes by hand.
Agency header with a serif wordmark and area line, four links (Buy, Sell, Rent, Our agents) and a Book a valuation button.
Agency home page: photo hero with a Browse listings button, featured listing cards, selling steps, neighborhood guides, an agent quote and a valuation CTA.
Listings page with area and price filter chips shown as text, a grid of six property cards and a section on how listings are kept current.
Single property page: photo grid, key facts list, description, floor plan, nearby amenities, listing agent card and a viewing request form.
Valuation request form with property details, office address and hours, three next steps after a request and a short FAQ accordion.
Four-column agency footer: wordmark, short description and valuation button, page links, office address and hours, plus a license and fair housing line.
Every page in the kit uses the same palette and font pair, so pages imported one by one still look like one site. After import, the colors and fonts are ordinary Elementor settings on each widget.
