HTML to Elementor
Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 September 2026. By using this site and its converter, you agree to the terms below. They are deliberately short — this is a free browser tool run by one person, not a platform with an account system.

1. The service

HTML to Elementor is a browser-based tool that converts HTML into Elementor-pasteable data or JSON templates. It runs entirely on your own device; nothing you convert is uploaded, stored or processed on a server. The site is operated by Leo, an independent developer, and can be reached at [email protected].

It is not affiliated with Elementor, WordPress, Automattic or Google. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the tool does and what it is compatible with.

2. No account, no fee, no guarantee of availability

The converter is free to use and requires no registration. Because there is no account and no contract, there is also no service-level promise: the site may be unavailable during maintenance, features may change, and parts of it may be withdrawn. If something you rely on changes, the Changelog records it.

3. Provided as-is

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HTML and Elementor do not render identically — no converter can make them — so output is expected to need review and adjustment inside Elementor. Anyone promising pixel-perfect conversion has not converted enough pages.

4. Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for the HTML, images, fonts and icons you convert, including their copyright and legality.
  • Do not use the tool for content you have no right to use, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Review converted output before importing it into a live site, and keep a backup of that site first. Importing a template modifies your page content.
  • Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the operation of the site.

5. What the tool produces

The Elementor data and JSON templates you generate are yours. There is no claim over your source HTML or over the output, and no licence is required to use the result commercially, including in client work. The ready-made templates offered in the template library may likewise be used in personal and commercial projects.

6. Advertising and third-party links

This site carries advertising from Google AdSense, and articles sometimes link to third-party documentation. Advertisements and linked sites are not controlled here and are not endorsed by their appearance. How advertising cookies work, and how to opt out, is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the tool — including lost work, damaged page layouts or site downtime following an import. The mitigation is simple and worth repeating: back up before you import.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the tool changes. The date at the top reflects the last substantive change. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.

9. Contact
